According to Korean media reports, 5,000 employees from a Chinese company recently went to South Korea for a six-day incentive tour. This is the largest Chinese tour group to Korea since 2017. They booked more than 1,000 rooms at multiple hotels in Incheon.

According to estimates by the Korea Tourism Organization, the group brings about $ 1.4 million (about 9.66 million yuan) in revenue to the local economy.

It can be seen that China's tourism consumer economy is developing rapidly, and overseas companies have to pay attention to Chinese business opportunities.

It is no wonder that many overseas customers have recently added me. The most common question is to ask these three questions:

1. How do overseas companies apply for a WeChat account?

2. How do overseas companies access WeChat payment and cross-border payment? Can be used for offline and online collection.

3. Which overseas companies can apply for overseas WeChat public account and access cross-border payment?

This will happen, Wei Shangjun is expected to have a great relationship with the turnover of the National Day. During the National Day, the overall marketing volume of overseas companies that have connected to WeChat Pay is quite different from those of merchants who have not yet connected to WeChat Pay.

It can be seen that since this year, more and more overseas companies will need to register and authenticate overseas public accounts.

Today, Wei Shangjun shared on "how overseas companies explore the Chinese market":

I. How should overseas companies explore the Chinese market?

At present, the most popular new media marketing channels in Mainland China are: WeChat, WeChat public account, Douyin, Weibo, Xiaohongshu.

Specifically, it also depends on your target groups and target users to find the right promotion channels.

However, WeChat, WeChat Public Account, and WeChat Mall are absolutely indispensable channels for corporate publicity, marketing and sales monetization.

In 2019, the number of monthly active users on WeChat has reached 1.151 billion. Both domestic and foreign companies cannot bypass the official WeChat public account channel.

2. How do overseas companies access WeChat payment and cross-border payment? Can be used for offline and online collection.

At present, Tencent has fully opened these items to Chinese companies. But for overseas companies, due to supervision, there is no way to support the application for independent registration.

And non-mainland company entities need to register for the [WeChat Overseas Single Subject Public Account] so that global users can follow and check.

This is also the reason why overseas companies register themselves and cannot be searched by Chinese users.

If you need to register for global users, you can search and follow them, especially those in mainland China, then you need to register for "WeChat Overseas Single Subject Public Account" and check whether your industry supports it through a third-party service provider. What information, if all are complete, can help you apply for registration certification.

Unfortunately, many overseas people are not sure about this, but they ran into a wall and found that they still couldn't get around after a while of tossing, so Wei Shangjun also reminded the majority of overseas companies here: Non-mainland company entities need something like Weshare Third party assistance.

3. Which overseas companies can apply for overseas WeChat public account and access cross-border payment?
